SeekConnect is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. Shipping arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers. SeekConnect does not handle shipping logistics.
2. Seller Responsibilities
2.1 Shipping Address
When a buyer accepts an offer, the seller will receive the buyer's shipping address through the platform. Sellers must ship items to the exact address provided.
2.2 Packaging
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
- Fragile items should be clearly marked
- Use appropriate packaging materials (bubble wrap, padding, etc.)
- Include any necessary documentation (receipts, warranties, etc.)
2.3 Carrier Selection
Sellers may use any reputable shipping carrier, including:
- Domestic (US): USPS, UPS
- International: USPS International, UPS Worldwide, DHL Express
Note: We do not recommend FedEx based on inconsistent service quality.
2.4 Tracking
Sellers are strongly encouraged to:
- Use tracked shipping methods
- Provide tracking numbers to buyers
- Keep proof of shipment
- Insure high-value items
3. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Typical timeframes:
- Domestic (US): 2-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)
- Express/Priority: 1-3 business days (domestic only)

4. Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated in the listing or offer, shipping costs are typically included in the purchase price. Buyers and sellers should clarify shipping arrangements before completing the transaction.
5. International Shipping
5.1 Customs and Duties
For international shipments:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
- Sellers must accurately declare item value on customs forms
- Sellers must comply with export regulations
- Prohibited items vary by country - check local regulations
5.2 Delivery Times
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond the seller's control.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event of lost or damaged shipments:
- Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim
- Buyers and sellers should communicate to resolve the issue
- If the seller purchased insurance, they may file a claim with the carrier
- SeekConnect is not responsible for lost or damaged packages
Tip: We strongly recommend sellers insure high-value items.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or buyer unavailability:
- Buyer and seller should communicate to resolve address issues
- Seller may request additional shipping fees for re-shipment
- Refunds for undeliverable packages are subject to seller's refund policy
8. Platform Liability
IMPORTANT: SeekConnect is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays or failures
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Customs issues or import restrictions
- Carrier errors or service issues
- Communication between buyers and sellers regarding shipping
